Stamford Lodge is an old stone townhouse tucked just off Scotgate, close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away to feel peaceful.

Our 4 guest rooms sit together within their own part of the house, giving you privacy and independence during your stay. Each room has its own en-suite shower room and thoughtful touches to make things easy, from tea and coffee facilities to TVs and reliable WiFi.
Keys for both your room and the front door are left ready for you on arrival, so you can come and go as you please.
The Green Room
The Green Room is a calm, characterful space with a four-poster king-size bed and views over the historic Scotgate Almshouses through large sash windows.
It’s furnished with a mix of vintage pieces, soft textiles and warm colours, making it a lovely room to retreat to after a day exploring Stamford.
The room includes an en-suite shower room, a TV and a tea station, so everything you need is close at hand.
The Blue Room
Spacious but cosy, the Blue Room has a king-size bed and looks out over the Scotgate Almshouses.
Soft furnishings and generous proportions make it a comfortable place to unwind, whether you’re staying for one night or a little longer. The room includes an en-suite shower room, TV and tea and coffee facilities.

Cancellations & Last Minute Bookings
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please give 30 days’ notice for a full refund. If your cancellation falls within 30 days of your stay, we will give you the option to rebook or receive 50% of your total payment, if it falls within 7 days of your stay, we will take the full payment.
